If you are reading this, you’re probably wondering why I would even propose such a silly question.
Everyone KNOWS raw milk is a dangerous food.
Similarly, everyone KNOWS leafy greens are a superfood.
At least, if what you KNOW comes from the mainstream news and our government health organizations.
Well then, I’d imagine the data would back up those claims?
Let’s take a look at the data:

Hmm, it appears that the FDA and CDC, who claim raw milk is a dangerous food, need to also warn everyone that leafy greens are dangerous as well.
In fact, a LOT more dangerous.
According to the data, which is taken from the CDC and research from Science Direct, consumers of leafy greens have roughly 48x better chance of getting ill from said food, then do consumers of raw milk.
So, why are we still being told to be super duper careful drinking “dangerous” raw milk, and need to overcome government regulations to obtain it, whilst we are able to easily buy cart-fulls of leafy greens at every grocery store in town?
The data clearly shows leafy greens are MUCH more dangerous.
I think I know the answer to that question, but it’s much too complex to answer here.
The fact that we can’t buy high quality, nutrient-dense raw milk at every grocery store is an atrocity. It is truly one of the most nutrient-dense foods one can consume.
To learn more about why it is, read my previous post here, and this post by Dr. Paul Saladino.
To be clear, I personally am not afraid to eat leafy greens either. However, from a nutritional standpoint, good quality raw milk blows leafy greens out of the water when it comes to nutritional density, digestibility, and bioavailability (how well nutrients are absorbed and utilized). It’s also nice that raw milk isn’t heavily sprayed with pesticides.
So folks, find a local farmer near you that supplies raw milk. You’ll be doing your health and your farmer a favor.
